The 1943 All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship was the 57th staging of the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship, the Gaelic Athletic Association's premier inter-county hurling tournament. The championship began non 2 May 1943 and ended on 5 September 1943. The championship was won by Cork who secured the title following a 5-16 to 0-4 defeat of Antrim in the All-Ireland final. This was their 14th All-Ireland title. Cork were also the defending champions and retained the title for the second successive year to become the fourth team to win the three in-a-row.
