Balam (Spanish pronunciation: [baˈlãm]; Mayan for "jaguar") is an annual magazine and photobook based in Buenos Aires, Argentina that is mainly focused on Latin American contemporary photography, with special emphasis on queer artists and the particularities of their regional context.
