Do you want a continuation of the lore?
Do you wanna fight some cool as ♥♥♥♥ boss fights?
Do you wanna feel like an anime protagonist with some of the new weapon types?
Do you want to uncover the truth of the shadows?
Do you want to get your ass beaten if you don't indulge in the Shadow Realm leveling system?

Then this is the DLC for you, solid gameplay, the usual annoying enemies every corner with which you fell in love in this genre, bosses that instantly go for your ass at the get go of the arena fight (♥♥♥♥ yeah, straight to the point boss fights).

My only critique is (I've beaten the DLC), some of the hit boxes of the final boss and Messmer the Impaler (2nd phase) do not match the actual animation / attack and can be tricky to dodge/parry (when applicable).

But overall for me personally, a 10/10:
- Absolutely gorgeous scenery (even on LOW GRAPHICS!!!)
- Some of the coolest fights in the soulsborne genre these are my favorites, BEWARE SPOILERS: (Rellana, Twin Moon Knight), (Messmer the Impaler), (Divine Beast Dancing Dragon), (Radahn Consort of Miquella)
- Incredibly looking weapon arts and new fighting styles, and talismans (oh boy, min-maxing will be insane)!!
