The second season of the American television series Loki is based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. It is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), but it is set outside of the main timeline, as it is mostly set in the Time Variance Authority (TVA), a place outside of time. Tom Hiddleston stars as Loki, returning from the MCU movies. Kang the Conqueror, the main villain of the Multiverse Saga, appears in the season as many different versions of himself, all played by Jonathan Majors.
The season premiered on Disney+ on October 5, 2023 and ended on November 9, after six episodes. It is part of Phase Five of the MCU. It got positive reviews.[1]
