Kalikrein plazme (EC 3.4.21.34, kininogenin, kalikrein I, kalikrein II, kininogenaza, kalikrein, kalikrein, glumorin, padreatin, padutin, kalidinogenaza, bradikininogenaza, pankeasni kalikrein, onokrein P, dilminal D, depot-Padutin, urokalikrein, urinarni kalikrein) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Selectivno razlaganje pojedinih tipova Arg- i Lys- veza, uključujući Lys-Arg - Arg-Ser i (ljudskom) kininogenu čime se oslobađa bradikinin
Ovaj enzim se formira iz prokalikreina iz plazme dejstvom faktora XIIa.
