Cistationinska b-sintaza (EC 4.2.1.22, serinska sulfhidraza, beta-tionaza, metilcisteinska sintaza, cisteinska sintaza, serin sulfhidrilaza, L-serinska hidrolijaza (dodaje homocistein)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-serin hidrolijaza (dodaje homocistein; formira L-cistationin).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-serin + L-homocistein L-cistationin + H2O
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein.
