Čeština: Znak města Plesná, okres Cheb. V červeno-zlatě čtvrceném štítě stříbrné ozubené kolo se včelou uprostřed, podložené kosmou kotvou, obojí přirozené barvy. Ve třetím poli černý letopočet 1900. Původní verze znaku obsahovala v horním zlatém poli také černé písmeno F (inicálu německého jména města), toto bylo vypuštěno ca 1948.
