I don't like tech stuff. I like life to be simple. With many organizations now having their membership cards replaced by smart phone apps, I'm thinking oh dear (or oh sh_ t). When I accessed this app and found how simple and easy it is to store and easily access it as needed, I'm saying, 'this is not bad'. My kicking and screaming into the 21st century is somewhat lessened.

As someone else noted, you can't import the tickets! Using the Settings->Import path still says you can only import files with the ".ywe suffix" . I am unable to locate any of the downloaded tickets (with a different extension -- .pkpass ). What gives? The app is useless as-is.
Both .ywe and .pkpass files are associated with the application. When you click them from an e-mail attachment or file browser, your phone will offer you the option to open the YourWallet application file.

Your app is terrible. I downloaded it successfully, but when I opened the app, I had only a blank page with 2 boxes below. 1 was to add a ticket, the other was for adding a card. I clicked on the ticket box, but it wanted me to take a pi cture of the QR code. what QR code??? there was no QR code either in the app or the email. I think you people need to take a closer look at your web and app developers. It's unclear and and set up poorly. I'm uninstalling the app
App itself is asociated with .pkpass files. Not sure what you received in your e-mail, but would expect either link to a website with the pkpass or an attached pkpass file.
