Very frustrating first experience. After opening an account and ordering a physical card, I tried to add money using a credit card from my bank. When I clicked "Add money" the app simply did nothing. No error messages, no warnings, nothing! I wasted so much time repeating the operation, checking my card's settings (which were correct), talking to a robot that knew nothing, then talking to a human who quickly explained that the problem is my bank. Why not say that at my 1st attempt? 🤬 Bad app!

Good bank, but application is getting worse with time, especially with revenue/expenses management. Actually don't really know how they plan to take 'business account' space with such poor analytics. My problems are 1) impossible to see cash in and cash out in one place ; 2) you can change expence/revenue category only one-by-one, which take a lot of time; 3) after you assigned all right categories- it is impossible to extract ir in Excel. The situation where application was better in 2020

Got a 2 month 'free' platinum subscription but when I canceled it at the end of the free trial (because I didnt really use the features) I got charged over £15 cancellation fee. It's becaue I ordered a new card which I was encouraged to do but never norified that it'd lead to a £15 charge at the end of the free trial. Don't fall for their 'free' subscription deals.
