It gives you free online storage for all your personal files so you can get to them from your Android device, computer (PC or Mac), and any other devices you use. With OneDrive for Business, you also get storage for your work files so you can share and collaborate on them with other people at your work or school. The OneDrive app for Android lets you easily work with your personal and work files when you’re on the go:

• Browse all your OneDrive files and files shared with you.
• Automatically upload photos and videos to your personal OneDrive account using Camera backup.
• Share your files.
• Move, delete, and rename files, and create new folders.
• Open your OneDrive files in other apps, including Office apps.
• Quickly get to documents you've recently opened.
• Search for your files and folders.

Notes:
For you to sign in to OneDrive for Business, your organization needs to have a qualifying SharePoint Online or Office 365 business subscription plan. You can't sign in with an account from an on-premises directory.
Camera backup, search, sort, and the ability to add OneDrive for Business accounts are available only on devices running Android 4.0 or later.

Good! But 1 critique. I really love that it's connected with my Samsung devices. It allows me to auto sync my gallery. It even allows me to select the folders I want to upload. MUCH better than Google photos (Facebook and the device camera require data to store in the DCIM folder. If I want to back up my camera data, G-Photos will also back up memes I don't care about and does not let me split the two.) OneDrive would be better if Cloud playback was faster w/ less buffering.

I remember when this was first introduced, I turned it off for a while, then it got turned back on, maybe an update, did it, who knows. my hard drive died, and obviously, I had to reinstall when I did. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that a lot if stuff i thought lost was still on one drive photos and docs that I hadn't backed up so there we have it from being anti became pro what's your excuse

Using a Samsung Galaxy S24: Photo Gallery constantly displays the message "The photo couldn't be displayed. This item might have been moved or deleted." If you move off the picture and retry several times it's sometimes will display it. This is a well known and well documented issue that remains to be resolved. Microsoft help tells you to uninstall and reinstall the app, which is impossible to do on a Samsung because of the deals Samsung and Microsoft have together. Fix the problem people!
