About this app
Duo Mobile works with Duo Security's two-factor authentication service to make logins more secure. The application generates passcodes for login and can receive push notifications for easy, one-tap authentication.
Additionally, you can use Duo Mobile to manage two-factor authentication for other application and web services that make use of passcodes.
Note: For Duo accounts, Duo Mobile needs to be activated and linked to your account before it will work. You will receive an activation link as part of Duo's enrollment process. You may add third-party accounts at any time.
Additionally, we will request access to use your camera for the sole purpose of scanning QR codes when activating accounts. Accounts can be activated by other methods if you choose not to do so.

I have been trying to use Duo to set up my work pc. Everytime I try to scan the QR code that was given to me it says there is no internet access(even though I am connected to wifi and other apps load just fine) My phone is updated to the latest os so I think it's some kinda bug. It's causing me pretty big issues right now.

restoring the Google backup (after a hard reset) shows an old version of my codes which doesn't work. I have lost access to many services permanently because of this stupid app... I don't recommend using it if you might need to reset your phone, use multiple devices etc

The app used to work fine for my purposes, but they updated it so that one-time access codes now refresh every 30 seconds. I can't have my phone on my person at work, so one-time use codes were the only way I could log into accounts. Please give us the option to turn off refreshing codes or change the amount of time the code is available or something. It's so frustrating because it used to work perfectly for what I needed until it was updated, and now it's functionally useless for me.
