What a joke, I change from 5 ⭐ "great app" to 1 ⭐,I have been using this app for so long, was a premium customer paying monthly subscription, for the first time, I did one mistake, well I order food from a place that has 2 different location, instead of suggesting me the one next to my place, it choose the on 10km away, it was a pick up order, from the second I saw the wrong address, I wanted to cancel, but you CAN'T do it, you have to go with a chat that tell you, I try to call sorry bye

Deilvery can ve very slow at times, restaurant list, menus and search are not very good, prices are often higher than the actual restaurant, even if you are paying for the delivery - but that's how they cover the deliveroo commisions, or just give you less food... All in all interesting app/concept. 3 stars out of 5.

The service itself is great but 2 stars as you need to be careful signing up for Deliveroo plus as they make it quite unclear and long winded to cancel the subscription if you want to. No link provided on their website via a computer or through the mobile app to easily stop subscription and requires couple of emails. Have mailed them (3 times now each time asking for some small detail/confirmation) and still waiting for the result. Will update review once i see how it goes.
