Over-all, I'm impressed. I was a skeptic. I thought it was a scam trying to get my financial info. So far, no issues! I've ordered over $500 worth of stuff. My complaints are: 1- companies shouldn't post the minimum order number AND the maximum discount for the price per piece for the largest order. This gives unrealistic and false information to would be buyers and creates distrust. 2- If you are truly trying to do Business to Business, why not also include up to date shipping information?

I love the many selections to choose from with this app, but shipping costs are outrageous for minimal orders. Had to request refund because an entire month went by, and seller never shipped my order. Seems like everyone on there is a bot and you can't ever get any answers. I'm pretty sure my purchase was never going to ship, because right after I made it, the shipping cost for what I purchased went from 127 dollars to 750 dollars. Waste of time and money. Scam? Beware.

Poor quality garbage 99% of the time while prices are now almost the same as European and American goods. I do purchasing for a construction company, and it would be SO AMAZING if all those numerous goods and materials we've bought so cheap were any good. Yes, they're half the price but not even half the quality of American or European stuff. We started importing from Europe and gonna stick to it. It's no wonder Chinese goods still have such horrible reputation, and they don't care to improve.
