Don't trust this place. they set me up with a "sales manager" that quoted me a price, took my order and started shipment. The courier begin charging me fees for different things then. once my item was to be delivered the next day, the salesman begin charging me for things the courier didn't post. Everyday it was, "this is the last fee, your item will be there tomorrow". Next day , another fee. I've spemt over $5000 on a $1000 purchase and have nothing in return. Now they will not respond back.

Over-all, I'm impressed. I was a skeptic. I thought it was a scam trying to get my financial info. So far, no issues! I've ordered over $500 worth of stuff. My complaints are: 1- companies shouldn't post the minimum order number AND the maximum discount for the price per piece for the largest order. This gives unrealistic and false information to would be buyers and creates distrust. 2- If you are truly trying to do Business to Business, why not also include up to date shipping information?

Convenient for now , only if they could just lower their shipping costs for African countries the service will be Superb ...Sorry Europeans but yes we like affordable prices , if you know african countries hou would understand..Not asking for a free service but an affordable pricing & reliable service. On the Reliability part Alibaba is reliable thanks for that.
