"Zendesk TIckets" tab not showing related tickets on for some donors

Description

Sandra noticed some donors are missing their links to related tickets under the Zendesk Tickets tab on CiviCRM.

Hi team! It looks like not all Zendesk tickets are appearing under their respective 'Zendesk Tickets' tab in Civi. Here are a few CID examples: 63694562, 30533228, and 62421843 (they have a recent ticket solved in ZD). Meanwhile these CIDs show their tickets: 39850848, 51917535, and 43613164. I'm not sure if there’s a start date for them to appear or if the update mentioned here is related, but I'll file a phab ticket first thing in the morning after checking this thread. :thank-you-colors:

Hi @SHust, Jack and I am not able to see the Zendesk on prod, but our logic is to show zendesk ticket only if zendesk ticket's requester email address matched, could you help me to verify if they are match? Or our fr-tech can have a shared zendesk credential, thanks
