• Start a new topic on a fresh MediaWiki install with DiscussionTools installed and enabled or on a site where you didn't start a topic before.

What happens?:

• The "You have been subscribed" popup shows with a white background around the image.

What should have happened instead?:

The image should have a transparent background.
