Create a paws cluster to facilitate the nfs cutover

Following instructions in https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/PAWS/Admin#Deployment

openstack coe cluster create paws-122-nfs --cluster-template paws-k8s22 --master-count 1 --node-count 3

the nfs server is allowing only nodes that have the "default" security group. Asking in the mailing list if there is an option to get magnum to assign additional security groups to nodes.
