Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

What happens?:
It says "Pppery marked User:Sandbox for deletion with [[Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Sandbox]] tag"

What should have happened instead?:
It should either render the link properly ("Pppery marked User:Sandbox for deletion with Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Sandbox tag"), or not try to link at all and do the same thing as afd ("Pppery marked User:Sandbox for deletion with mfd tag")
