Background

In T301780: [Epic] Visual design & layout refinements, we completed the necessary visual refinements to further deploy the Vector 2022 skin. However, we hope to improve the skin in an ongoing manner. This task contains additional visual refinements that will improve the readability and look and feel of the new experience
