Per comments on T237696, it would be nice to improve a couple of items with the current Deployers Audit script, namely:

• Improve the way the script searches over the on-wiki SALs to attempt discovery of a user's most recent deployment date.
• Add functionality to search git history for when a user was added to the deployment group within modules/admin/data/data.yaml and include within report data.
• Investigate merging issues where old/inaccurate data was included within multiple, cumulative reports.
