In order to evaluate the performance of the Wikibase Client data access functionality we should measure how much time is spent in there (absolute) and how much time is spent in it relative to the total time needed to render a page.

This should cover:

• {{#statements:…}}
• {{#property:…}}
• All non-trivial [[https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Wikibase_Client/Lua|mw.wikibase/mw.wikibase.entity]] functions (especially those that call out to PHP)

This will allow us to evaluate our performance, see trends, do selective improvements and give advice to Lua/ template authors in the communities (that make use of this functionality).
