Description

Phabricator settings "Email Format" has identical texts in the drop down lists of its last two items,

Add "Re:" Prefix
Vary Subjects

I believe the latter should be amended to:

Default (Vary Subjects)
Vary Subjects
Do Not Vary Subjects

This has already been fixed in upstream in https://secure.phabricator.com/T11148 and will get fixed the next time we pull the upstream code (probably on June 29th).
