Cross-wiki notifications are grouped in a bundle, for which expand is the default action.
This action can be triggered by clicking on the bundle item, but that interactivity is not anticipated by the cursor. In order to better communicate interaction, the pointer (i.e., hand-shaped cursor) should be used instead.
