Description

In my local Wikibase installation, HHVM 3.11 segfaults when I uselang=uz-cyrl and browse to an item with a label in uz. For the page title, the label is transliterated (in EntityParserOutputGenerator) using strtr in ReplacementArray. strtr is broken in HHVM 3.11. I have an HHVM patch fixing strtr for me.
