Tilman Piesk: Probably "as" was too terse, so I replaced it with "represented by". I often do things like "a(n) is partition soandso, represented by index number of A194602" (see A198380) or "a(n) is permutation soandso, represented by row number of A055089". And I just realize that I have to replace "index number" by "row number".

N. J. A. Sloane: I changed the beginning of the definition since this is a single permutation.  But the word "as" in the definition doesn't make sense to me.  How  about "applied to"?  I will make that change - I hope you agree.

This is a permutation of the non-negative nonnegative integers. It divides naturally in sections of factorial length, so it can be seen as a triangle with row lengths A094258:
