Year-end appeal: Please make a donation to the OEIS Foundation to support ongoing development and maintenance of the OEIS. We are now in our 61st year, we have over 378,000 sequences, and we’ve reached 11,000 citations (which often say “discovered thanks to the OEIS”).

COMMENTS
Complement of A007636. - Michel Marcus, Jun 17 2013
EXAMPLE
15^2 + 15 + 17 = 257, which is prime, so 15 is in the sequence.
16^2 + 16 + 17 = 289 = 17^2, so 16 is not in the sequence. Much more obviously, 17 is not in the sequence either.
