Laksamana Marsyal Marquis Tōgō Heihachirō, OM, GCVO (東郷 平八郎; 27 Januari 1848 – 30 Mei 1934), adalah seorang Gensui atau Laksamana Armada dalam Tentera Laut Imperial Jepun dan merupakan salah seorang perwira angkatan laut terulung Jepun. Selaku Panglima Armada Gabungan semasa Perang Rusia-Jepun, beliau berjaya menghalang Armada Pasifik Rusia ke Port Arthur sebelum mendapat kemenangan muktamad ke atas armada itu di Tsushima. Tōgō telah digelar oleh wartawan Barat sebagai "Nelson Timur".
