Mark Ivor Satin (dilahirkan 16 November 1946) ialah seorang ahli teori politik, pengarang dan penerbit surat berita. Beliau paling dikenali dengan menyumbang kepada pembangunan dan penyebaran tiga perspektif politik – neopasifisme pada tahun 1960-an, politik Zaman Baru pada tahun 1970-an dan 1980-an, dan pemusatan radikal pada tahun 1990-an dan 2000-an. Kerja Satin kadangkala dilihat sebagai membina ke arah satu ideologi politik baru dan kemudian ia kebiasaannya dilabelkan "transformasi",[1] "pascaliberal",[2] atau "pascamarxis".[3] Seorang sejarahwan memanggil tulisan Satin "pascahip".[4]
