Summary: The work carried out in education from the Wikimedia Movement in the Latin American region is broad and diverse. Each country proposes different projects, according to its context, and there is also mutual accompaniment to strengthen us as a region and talk about common issues.

This year we join the Open Education Week 2022 from the educational programs of Wikimedia Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, and Mexico.
Some of the questions that were discussed around the OEW were the potential of the Wikimedia movement for open education, the experiences of each of the chapters with their communities, as well as the challenges involved in being able to work on this and other issues of virtual, face-to-face and hybrid way.
Finally, the ideas and projects that have to be executed in 2022 were shared. Among them we can find proposals to integrate Wikipedia in the classroom, online courses, teacher training spaces and local and regional meetings.
