Again, data-maniacs creating artificial differences: lt. kūdra, bat-smg. kūdra, be-x-old. Сажалка, ru. Пруд are the same - small artificial waterbody (either dug out, either dammed). En. Pond maybe a little broader term, but generally the same. This reminds me one guy, who tried to make different interwiki sets for tomato-plant and tomato-fruit by looking to the pictures at different language wikies while all of them wrote about the plant and fruit at once.
