Pseudonym?
editI don't believe that "Raquel Welch" can conceivably be considered a pseudonym, considering that it consists of a given name from birth plus her married name at the time. It is constructed from legal parts, just parts different from the ones that would conventionally identify her, because the studios didn't want her "typecast as Latina" in the 1960s, apparently.
