\d{23}??
editCurrently there are ~473 BNC IDs matching \d{23}
, like Franciscans (Q165005): 10000000000000000002039. The last 9 digits don't even translate to a correct BNC ID, so I'll probably just remove them completely in the near future, unless someone has a better idea. —Tom.Reding (talk) 17:33, 3 September 2019 (UTC)
- @Tom.Reding: What is stored in VIAF as main value (field 001) is actually property National Library of Chile ID (P7369) . All values that have a long number probably belong to that property, just truncated to the last 9 digits. P1890 seems to be an older, actually different catalog. Those older values also exist in VIAF, in field 035 for each BNCHL entry, starting with RED. Those values need to be truncated to the last 9 digits aswell. Example: José María Blázquez Martínez (Q532099) has this VIAF entry. 10000000000000000093091 from field 001 needs to be truncated to 000093091 and will link to the correct entry when added to P7369: BNCHL. The "RED"-entry in field 035 is RED10000000000000000316171, truncating to the last 9 digits will yield the correct entry for P1890: CCAB.
- I have renamed the property to CCAB to reflect that this is not a catalog of the National Library of Chile, but a collective catalog of bibliographic authorities (Catálogo Colectivo de Autoridades Bibliográfica = CCAB). And also to avoid that people will add more values which actually belong to P7369. I am unsure if the statement that this property is part of VIAF is still valid. The values are only accessable if you check field 035 of the MARC 21 entry for BNCHL in VIAF. If I find time, I will slowly fix all those format violations. --Sotho Tal Ker (talk) 00:38, 8 March 2020 (UTC)
