He active on a wide number of projects and he is frequently available on #wikisource. He has been an administrator on here since July 2008 (Vicifons:Magistratus/Vetera#Jayvdb), on multilingual (old) wikisource since November 2007 (oldwikisource:Wikisource:Nominations_for_adminship/Archives#Jayvdb) English Wikisource since October 2007 (en:Wikisource:Administrators/Archives/Jayvdb) and on English Wikipedia since September 2007 (w:en:Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Jayvdb), as well as an admin on Commons. He's held other advanced rights (e.g. CheckUser) and, of course, he's also a member of the English Wikipedia Arbitration Committee. He is also one of the three bureaucrats on the Italian Wikisource, a position he's held since September 2008 (it:Wikisource:Burocrati/Elezioni/Archivio). I have been an administrator here since July 2011, where I have become the second most active admin since the beginning of the project (Census magistrātuum) and the most active admin in the past year. I have also been an admin on English Wikipedia since March 2008 (w:en:Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Doug) and English Wikisource since March 2011 (en:Wikisource:Administrators/Archives/Doug), and I am active on the Multilingual (old) Wikisource, the German Wikisource, and Commons. I nominate Candalua for Administrator. Candalua has been fairly active here since April 2010 and is particularly active in the area of interwiki links. Candalua runs the highly successful CandalBot on a large number of wikisources and is well respected throughout the wikisource community. He is good with scripting and the project would benefit from allowing Candalua access to the MediaWiki pages and to the Transwiki Import tool, as well as the occasional ability to delete pages or at least suppress redirects. On a small project like this, it's important that all trustworthy and active users have the maximum possible tools. The project would benefit from allowing VIGNERON access to the MediaWiki pages and to the Transwiki Import tool, as well as the occasional ability to delete pages or at least suppress redirects. On a small project like this, it's important that all trustworthy and active users have the maximum possible tools. VIGNERON is also an admin on the Multilingual (old) Wikisource, the French Wikisource, the Breton Wikisource, the Breton Wikipedia, the French Wikipedia, and Commons, and has Transwiki rights on the French Wiktionary.
