Africa Proconsularis adalah sebuah provinsi Romawi di pantai utara Afrika yang berdiri pada 146 SM setelah kekalahan Carthage pada Perang Punic Ketiga. Wilayhnya terdiri dari kawasan Tunisia pada masa sekarang, timur laut Aljazair pada masa sekarang, dan pantai Laut Mediterania kecil di barat Libya pada masa sekarang di sepanjang Teluk Sirte. Teritorial tersebut awalnya diduduki oleh bangsa Berber.
