09/13/2024 Fixed issues with unstable service operation#

During the current and last week, we recorded periodic failures in the service. We found errors and published a fix on all servers.

Tonight, 09/13/2024, an update was installed on all servers with a solution to the problems:
- spontaneous logout of the instance,
- non-delivery of some messages,
- general instability of the service.

At the moment issues have been fixed.
The GREEN-API is currently working stably.
