10/10/2024 Fixed issue with methods SetGroupPicture and SetProfilePicture#

The issue with methods SetGroupPicture and SetProfilePicture has been resolved.

The reason for the outage was due to changes on WhatsApp servers. We found the solution and added a fix on all servers.

The GREEN-API is currently working stably.
