Why is logout happening?#

1. Logging out occurs if the device was turned off and did not appear on the network for more than 14 days.

2. If devices associated with WhatsApp (API, web version, and desktop version of the application) remain inactive for 30 days, they will be automatically logged out from the instance.

3. As a result of WhatsАpp is updating the encryption keys may occur logging out.

4. Logging out occurs, if WhatsАpp notices suspicious activity.

   • Using the virtual handset

   • Frequent use of the checkWhatsapp method and lack of correspondence/chats/messages

   • Explicit use of automation method

     A sequence of actions that cannot be repeated in the same order in the web or desktop version

   • Launching a mass mailing after instance authorization

5. Logging out occurs from WhatsApp side due to an unexpected issue
