Processing setup#

Go to the "Подключение" tab in the "Настройки" section. From your GREEN-API console add the following data:

• idInstance
• apiTokenInstance
• mediaUrl
• apiUrl

It is highly recommended to use apiUrl and mediaUrl from the GREEN-API console for maximum performance and stability.

Authorization#

To send a message or perform another Green-API method, the instance must be in an authorized state.

To authorize the instance, scan the QR code using the WhatsApp application (Chats menu -> Linked devices -> Device linking)

There are two methods to obtain a QR code:

1. In your console, open the page of the instance you want to use in 1C and get the QR code using "Link with QR code" button

2. Inside 1C processing model in the "Аккаунт" section, click on the "Получить QR код" button

After scanning the QR code, check the instance status in the "Account" section by clicking the "Выполнить авторизацию" button. If the authorization is successful, the "Авторизация выполнена успешно" window will appear.
