06/28/2024 WhatsApp global downtime#

Yesterday, 06/27/2024 from 18:00 to 21:00 GMT+3 (duration 3 hours) there was a global downtime in the WhatsApp messenger for sending/receiving files.

The downtime occurred on the WhatsApp Media servers.
For about three hours, media messages (pictures, files, videos) were not sent to WhatsApp.
During the outage, message queues may have formed on the instance.
For some files, you may have received a sending error failed status.

Currently, we are not seeing any problems with sending files to WhatsApp.

All sent text messages were sent successfully.
All incoming messages were also received successfully.

At the moment the GREEN-API service is operating normally.
We are keeping an eye on it.
