09/10/2024 Issue is fixed#

The issue with sending and receiving files on instances that starts with 7XXXХХХХХХ has been resolved.

A week ago, we began to record periodic failures when sending and receiving files.

During the problem analysis, we found that the failures were due to a network connectivity issue with our hosting provider, DigitalOcean. We found the solution and added a fix on all servers.

At the moment issues have been fixed. All messages were sent and received successfully.

Technical issues with sending files did not affect instances of type 11ХХХXXXXX, 55ХХХXXXXX and 57ХХХXXXXX. These instances worked stably.

The GREEN-API is currently working stably. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!
