03/04/2023 Our service is working steadily. No bans detected.#

Yesterday on 03/03/2023 12:00 (GMT+3) our system detected an increased level of bans in WhatsApp. After researching the bans, we came to conclusion that bans only affected two large clients. Those clients carried out mass mailings and provoked WhatsApp to ban them. Numbers of other clients weren't affected.

At the moment we don't see any bans in our service. The system is working steadily.

Every GREEN-API instance has its own personal IP-address. It allows to isolate instances and exclude their influence to each other. That's why bans of some instances doesn't affect the work of other
