12/11/2023 Developer plan has no limit now#

The limitation on sending messages has been canceled on the Developer plan.

Now you can send unlimited messages from one instance. Previously, this plan had a limit of 1000 messages per month.

However the limit for chats is still active. On the Developer plan you can send messages only to 3 chats per month.
