No, you do not need your credit card information to sign up for our Hobby plan or to upgrade to the 30-day Enterprise trial.

Hobby is always free and has generous feature limits to build personal projects or validate ideas. All you need is to sign up with your email address or via social profiles (GitHub, Facebook, or Google).

Any single piece of content stored in Hygraph, such as blog posts or landing pages, is a content entry, regardless of whether it contains one field or many. If you have a schema for "landing page," then every "landing page" content entry counts as a single entry, not each field within it.

Assets are any digital files that are uploaded to Hygraph's Digital Asset Manager, or DAM (e.g. images, PDF files, or videos). They are stored in Hygraph and served via a global content delivery network (CDN).

Yes, assets also count against your content entry limit.

You can upgrade to our Growth plan or expand with add-ons.

If you are on the Growth plan and reach your API Operations and Asset Traffic limits, additional usage will be charged automatically from your credit card at the end of your billing cycle. Overages (every 10,000 API Operations and 1 GB of Asset Traffic) cost USD 10 cents each (USD 10 for every 1 million).

If this happens on Hobby, usage will be blocked until the next billing period. You can monitor your usage statistics on your project dashboard.

We accept credit cards from all major credit card providers. Enterprise plans can be paid by bank transfer as well.

In most cases, we charge USD. European based customers can also be charged in EUR.

No, the additional usage will be charged at the end of a billing period.

Cached requests are not rate-limited. Uncached requests that fetch content from the database are rate-limited on the different tiers by default:

• Hobby: 5req/sec
• Growth: 25req/sec
• Enterprise: Up to 500req/sec

All limits can be lifted. Talk to sales to request a custom plan.

No, the price for Growth (self-service plan) is listed on our website in the Pricing section. There are no hidden fees or additional charges, except for add-ons, as highlighted before and listed in the pricing page comparison table.

Yes, when starting a new Hobby project in Hygraph, you can upgrade to a 30-day trial of our Enterprise plan, giving you access to some of the premium features.

If you're working towards a Proof of Concept or MVP for a project at a much larger scale and would like to try out more of our Enterprise features, contact our Sales team.

At the end of your 30-day trial, you can select the plan that best suits your needs. Keep in mind that depending on the plan you choose, certain features and usage limits may be more restrictive.
