not able to link google bussines location to camapign

"Cannot set feed or feed item sets for this Customer.
i am getting this error

Could you please confirm whether you have followed the steps given in the document Location assets to create a location sync asset set and attach it to the customer? I would like to inform you that according to the provided documentation, the location extensions are created by filling out the appropriate location information in a Google My Business (GMB) account that is linked to the Google Ads account. Google will automatically create the FeedMapping for your feed.
