The people behind Goa come from all over the world and are passionate about leveraging code generation to accelerate development, remove maintenance burden and make the otherwise fairly complex task of building distributed architecture more easily accessible.
The Goa project benefits a diverse range of users, from beginners that use it to accelerate their journey into building microservice style architectures to complex Engineering organizations that benefit from the standardization and accelerated development rate enabled by the framework.
The funds collected through this sponsorship will help run the backend infrastructure needed to support the website and the Go package repositories hosted at https://goa.design. Any surplus will go towards efforts that help build the community such as sharing schwag with contributors or sponsoring Goa development days.
