My goal is to π· (whatever that means) to provide value to the masses while being surrounded by people much smarter than myself π§βπ , so we can innovate together, challenge our π§ , move humanity forward, and build capital and recognition for further projects down the line.
Building can mean:
- ποΈ code or documentation
- Raising π° or π£
- Leading or following others
- Much more...
I've lived in many πΊοΈ and many cities, have experienced many π and π , know many languages (programming or not) so in a sense, I'm a jack-of-all-trades that gets overly obsessive on the task at hand. I believe we can all become sufficient experts in a certain domain if we dedicate half a year to it.
Hire and mentor an intern to work on an impactful open source project. We can work on an idea they bring to the table, something from my personal backlog or potentially something related to Pocket (my "day" job) which is fully open source. The funds will be distributed by 50% to the intern for their work, 25% to cover expenses and 25% to myself.
