Dear Seurat Team,
UMAP plot will have different result in different machine or OS. I see that this problem has been discussed before, but still exist. After I read the issue in uwot jlmelville/uwot#46, it said that pow function result has perturbation between OS. And they have already made a parameter approx_pow to keep result to be same in different machine.
Therefore, I want to say maybe Seurat could add this option too. After all, umap plot is a good presentation about cluster info, it will talk a lot to explain why result changes cross OS/machine.

Sorry, after I tried many times. uwot still don't solve this problem, even approx_pow have given.
