Self-hosted Renovate

With no other changes, after upgrading from Renovate 38 to 39, I am now getting errors during execution, relating to importing of the GPG key, causing commits to not get pushed.
I see the
gpg --import
command fails with error message:cannot open '/dev/tty': No such device or address
