Please describe the problem (or idea)

Now we are using mvc LIKE architecture. But it will be great if we move to Angular Framework.
code architecure will be much more simple and easy to editting.
Last time i applied for gsoc with the proposal (link given below) with some feature (may be some has already but some not , we can change that)

Could you please elaborate more on this topic? Why would you prefer Angular over React for this app? What are the advantages that Angular has and that will benefit this project? Thanks.
