Running include-what-you-use on PCM headers/source files #451

It came up in different issue that running include-what-you-use would be helpful to untangle some dependencies. I ran it with clang-13 on Debian Linux and it gave me the attached output, which I can start preparing patches for:

iwyu-output.txt
